Jin takes you through the contract and the financing, and sets up a Japanese company if you need one. You can complete the whole purchase from abroad. Expect costs of about 5% of the price on top, plus financing fees if you borrow.

Yoshihiro Jinzaki founded Jin's Homes in October 2023 to help buyers from abroad own a home in Tokyo they can live in and rent out.
With an international background and native-level English, Jin works with you directly. He also deals with the building's management association and the local authorities on your behalf, so you can run the home from overseas.
